It seems that pretty much everything can be improved with good sleep: Vitality, General Health, Body Mass, Memory and the list goes on.

Poor sleep is experienced in so many ways: Going to bed exhausted only to lie awake for what feels like hours, waking frequently, Sleeping so lightly or deeply that we wake shattered, the 2-4am night vigil. And what about the staying awake later than necessary, just to get some personal time.

Together we'll establish Exactly what your experience is and what you would prefer it to be. Doing these sleep sessions has taught me that we each hold different expectations about sleep. So let's get that clear.

We'll discuss the space you sleep in and behaviours prior to sleep, and on waking. We'll analyse what you've already tried, using the results to steer us to more effective solutions.

Over three, 60 minute sessions, my focus will be on helping you let go of emotional and belief patterns that could be keeping you stuck in poor sleep.

You'll get homework of actions to take and we'll review the results together.


This isn't intended to help with disturbed sleep caused by medication or conditions such as active psychosis.

If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

Yes. If you don't experience an improvement after the 3 sessions I'm happy to refund. I do my best to ensure I only work with clients I can help, so money back is part of my guarantee.


How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there. Also, an email is automatically generated at sale with the same information. Check your spam folder if it hasn't appeared. In addition, links to my scheduler are sprinkled across this website.


Is it possible to buy this more than once?

For sure! Though I hope you don't need to without a significant time passing or life change. If it's been a short while since you completed the last session and issues are back, message me before you book. If you're back a year later, or longer, you simply need to go through the online process again and will be able to get access to another set of Better Sleep sessions.


Why do I need to sign in to buy this?
