The First Step To Healing
A Short recording to encourage you to connect to the embodied feelings you may be ignoring
I'm Catherine Whyte and I help people live in a more conscious way, so that they are protected from overwhelm or burnout. Many of my clients have forgotten how to listen to their own intuition. Some never learned to listen to their bodies. When we're disconnected from ourselves, we are less able to notice what causes us distress. The Biggest step is the First Step because we need to create a bit of distance from the old environment in order to better see how it affects us. We were ALL born with intuition and a sense of self and we can ALL get it back. First we need to listen.
Take this opportunity to look within from a different perspective. Create a little space to breathe and respond in your own way, and time.
Take A Moment
It all begins with the small, but huge step of making space to view and feel the truth that your body is trying to communicate.
I've created this recording to activate your natural healing centres, allowing your sympathetic nervous system to relax and return to safe mode so that you can listen to the message from within.
I've focused this 20 minute recording on family because there's often a lot of hidden tension there, but you can use this exercise on anything in your life.
Breathe
Download the recording to experience 20 minutes of peace, focused purely on yourself and your needs. Know that by listening to yourself, you're teaching yourself that you are someone worth listening to.
