A few years ago my life looked very different.

I was home educating our 2 children, caring for my Dad and running 2 businesses.

I felt like I was living my dream,

Except, I wasn't doing well. I would wake up with a sore face from clenching my jaw all night, I constantly worried over whether I was giving enough attention. I was semi- permanently in a state of guilt and in constant fear of dropping the ball.

Eventually something had to give, and that was Me.

Fast forward to now. Worry and tooth grinding are in my past.

My girls have challenges, but they are thriving, my businesses are growing and I'm having a blast.

Sadly my Dad passed, and when he did I was able to drop everything and properly be with him for his last days.

That alone was priceless, knowing that there was nothing else I needed to do or think about, work took care of itself, the family was supported.

So How did I get from where I was before, to here? I want to share what I learned in between with as many people as possible, so that they don't have to push themselves to, or over the edge.
